Post Doctor

The joint Center for Intelligent Spatial Computing (CISC) at George Mason University invites applications for Post-Doctoral position in the geoscience information area. We seek self incentive, energetic individuals to participate in the research on geospatial interoperable portals, distributed geospatial information computing, spatial web services' quality of services, and GEOSS applications.

Applicants should have a recent Ph.D. in computer/computational sciences, geospatial information science, and GEOSS relevant sciences with a focus on computing. Working experience with OGC web services and/or grid computing for geoscience information applications are required.

Visiting Research Assistant

Applicants should have a BSc + degree in computer/computational sciences, geospatial information science, and GEOSS relevant sciences with a focus on computing. Working experience with OGC web services and/or grid computing for geoscience information applications are prefered.
